We offer store credit or exchange within 30 days of your order date.

All returns are subject to inspection - items that have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged are not eligible to return. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender.

The store credit coupon will be issued for the amount of the piece/s returned excluding the original shipping cost.

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Daily Charming for an exchange, a e-store credit coupon or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us

Any items purchased at a discount of 25% or higher is considered final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned. We do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions.
- Refunds are only on orders not received, orders cancelled before shipped and orders that arrive damaged.
HOW DO I RETURN?
- Contact our customer support team
- We will provide you with the full address (our warehouse is based in the US) when we allocate your Returns Authorization number
- We recommend to use a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange
CANCELLED ORDER

Due to COVID-19 now all orders can be cancelled before they are shipped out

Orders may not be modified/cancelled once the parcel has been processed
WHAT IF THERE IS A FAULT?

We must be provide photo or video evidence of fault, then will personally assist you to quickly resolve the issue FULL REFUND or send you a new one.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- All color shades can slightly differ in each production run. We shoot a lot of our photography on film, therefore lighting may have an effect on the color(s) in the photos and the fabric color may appear slightly different in real life.
- Fascinating Nights is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
